Not Too Sweet is a small-batch cookie studio focused on balanced flavor—never overly sweet, always intentional. Co-founded by RISD students Emma Kuo and Jiabao Wu, the project began with a shared love of collage and thoughtful making, and grew into a space where good cookies bring people together, one bite at a time.
