Not Too Sweet is a small-batch cookie studio focused on balance—never overly sweet, always intentional. Co-founded by RISD students Emma Kuo and Jiabao Wu, the project grew from a shared approach to thoughtful making into a space where good cookies bring people together, one bite at a time.
